If you are trying to reach former Brooklyn Boulders gyms located in Gowanus (Brooklyn) in NY, Somerville in MA, or Eckington in Washington, D.C. -- whether to freeze or cancel a membership, to inquire about account credit, or have other inquiries -- your location will not be a list option and you'll need to go elsewhere to get help with your issue. As of February 2022, Brooklyn Boulders no longer has locations in Gowanus (Brooklyn, NY), Somerville (Boston, MA) or Eckington (Washington, DC). These former BKB locations are now owned by The Bouldering Project.

Brooklyn Boulders and The Bouldering Project are not affiliated. If you are a member at one of these former locations (or a former BKB member whose membership was based at one of the 3 locations), you will need to contact the Bouldering Project directly for support. The Bouldering Project does not see messages submitted through the Brooklyn Boulders support form, and your issue will go unsolved.
