Product Return/Exchange Policy
Items that are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging can be returned (to original payment method) or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for return/exchange. Returns/exchanges are NOT permitted on food and beverage items, or on life saving and/or weight bearing items (ropes, harnesses, belay devices).
Service Return/Cancellation Policy
All sales are final on facility access and programming purchases, including but not limited to Day Passes, Classes, Workshops, Events, Kids and Teen Academy, and BKB Adventures (see below for policy on Summer Adventure purchases). Qualifying returns of these products receive store credit only and the request must be made within 90 days of the purchase date.
Class or program cancellations requested more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time may be rescheduled or refunded to account credit. Class or program cancellations requested within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may not be rescheduled or refunded to account credit.
Refund Policy for BKB Summer Adventures
All sales are final and nonrefundable, except when eligible for a refund to store credit.
Cancellations within 7 days and up to 48 hours before the start date are eligible for a refund to store credit.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the program start date will not receive a refund
We may offer refunds in exceptional cases. Such cases are at the discretion of Brooklyn Boulders and the refund request must be submitted HERE within 90 days of the transaction date. Requests made outside of the 90 day window may not be considered. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days.
