My 10-pack expired during COVID-19, can I still use it?
Certainly! We'll extend the date on your 10-pack and, once that's done, you should be able to book a reservation. Please reach out to the support team HERE and we'll take care of it for you.
Does it matter if I bought my 10-pack elsewhere?
We will still extend the 10-pack, even if bought from a third party seller. Please provide a copy of your receipt or voucher when reaching out to the support team.
Can I take a climbing class?
Yes, please see schedule for details. Private lessons may also be available upon request. To schedule a private lesson, please reach out to us HERE.
I already purchased a climbing class.
If you have a climbing class on your account that was impacted by COVID-19, we will extend the expiration date of the class to accommodate you. Please reach out to us HERE and we will set this up for you.
Are you offering group fitness?
Not yet, in our NYC, West Loop, and Somerville facilities.
Lincoln Park is currently offering group fitness.
Can I still use a day pass?
Yes! Welcome back! To book, please refer to these helpful instructions.
Can I come in on my friend’s guest pass?
Yes! Members can make a reservation for their guest using the "Book for someone else" option, described here.
Are you selling gear?
Yes, we are still selling all retail items.
Can I rent gear?
We are offering gear rentals, however it is still encouraged that you bring your own if possible.
