Log in to your MindBody account at your home location:
Once logged in, navigate to the “Account” section and scroll down to “Autopays”. On the right side of the table, you’ll see your membership status.
If your membership is active, it will remain blank, you will not see a Suspended or Terminated indicator. You’ll also see a colored badge next to your name in the top right corner of the screen next to the Sign Out button, as shown:
If your membership is suspended or cancelled, you'll see “Suspended” or "Terminated from [date]" as shown below:
